A lovely piece of East German Christmas history – an original metal Advent and Christmas chime from the 1950s.
These traditional “angel chimes” or metal pyramids create a gentle, bright ringing sound as the heat from the candles sets the rotor in motion and the small strikers tap the bells.
This is a rarer model featuring pine cone, star and small Lauscha glass ornaments. One of the tiny Lauscha baubles is unfortunately broken.
Comes in used but collectible condition and still with the original box.
