Shipping & Payment Conditions
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship directly to other EU countries.
Due to new bureaucratic and legal requirements for small businesses,
direct shipping to other EU countries is currently not possible.
However, you may have your order sent to an established parcel forwarding service such as LogoiX or Mailboxde. (Shipping to countries outside the EU continues as usual.) Learn more →
We ship internationally with DHL.

If you would like your order to be shipped to a country not listed below, please contact us by email before placing your order. Please include the items you would like to purchase as well as the complete delivery address, including country and postal code.
We will let you know as soon as possible whether shipping to your requested destination is available and what the shipping costs will be. If necessary, we will obtain the exact shipping costs from our shipping provider.
- Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days after the contract has been concluded.
- For advance payments, orders will only be shipped after the full purchase price and shipping costs have been received.
- Please note that in many countries deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- We accept payment by PayPal, Google Pay, credit card, advance bank transfer and cash on collection.
- Free shipping within Germany on orders of €75.00 or more.
