Shipping & Payment Conditions

If you require shipping to a country that is not listed, please contact us by email ([insert email address]) before placing your order. Please let us know the items you require and the delivery address (including country and zip code). We will then inform you as soon as possible whether we can ship to the requested country and inform you of the shipping costs. We will need to ask our shipping partner for the exact costs.

Shipment will take place within 3 - 5 working days after conclusion of the contract.

In the case of advance payment, shipping will only take place after receipt of the full purchase price and the shipping costs.

Please note that in many countries there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
