Rare small brass figure of an African baby, most likely produced by Hagenauer Vienna between the 1930s and 1950s. The piece is unsigned, as was sometimes the case with figures where the maker's stamp was not deeply applied—especially on detailed hairstyles. Possibly designed as an ash douter.
