Handcrafted wall plate by Belgian ceramic sculptor Achiel Pauwels (*1932). Studio pottery with an expressive figurative engobe painting depicting a woman with a harp. Signed “Ach. Pauwels” with monogram “AP” and dated 79–80.
The reverse features small support feet that create spacing from the wall and an integrated hanger for display. Visually, it could also be placed lying flat as a decorative object, but it is not intended as a functional bowl – it was designed primarily as a wall piece.
